- All items on our website are supplied by their respective manufacturers/retailers and are authorized for sale.
- Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped out, to insure that it meets the customer’s high standards for quality.
- All online payments are processed through PayPal, which accepts Credit/Debit and bank payments. A PayPal account is not required and customers may continue through the payment process as guests.

Shipping and Tax
- Orders are shipped from New York via UPS or USPS(both domestic and international), depending on the weight/delivery location.
- All items are double boxed for protection during transit.
- Once an order is processed, a confirmation/tracking email is sent to the buyer. An order is usually shipped the next business day or on Monday for all Friday orders. Weather and Federal holidays may delay your order.
*Sales tax may be applicable to your order and will be displayed before you make your final payment.
*International buyers: please be advised that we are not responsible for any duty/tariff or customs fees incurred. Please be aware of your country’s respective laws and/or guidelines before purchasing.

- Your choice of carrier for return shipping (USPS or UPS)
- All Items must be returned in their original conditions with packing slip. We hold the right to return any damaged items without refund.
- Items purchased online must be shipped back to us for return/exchange before a new item can be shipped out. Items may not be returned/exchanged at a Moe's retail location.
- Items purchased at one of our retail locations must be exchanged at a Moe’s retail location. Store Credit is available for in-store purchases only.
- A unpaid return label will be provided. The Buyer is responsible for all reshipping charges and any possible fees/taxes. A return label is not available for international orders.
- If we make a mistake with your purchase, we will cover any of the necessary expenses to get you the correct item. If an item you purchased becomes unavailable for any reason, the buyer will be notified and a FULL REFUND will be issued, unless another item is selected.
